We collect the information you explicitly provide during the wizard questionnaire, including your name, email, company name, salary particulars, and joining/exit dates. If you choose to upload files (payslips, resignation emails, etc.), we extract relevant values locally to prefill the forms.
The collected information is solely used to perform claim calculations and generate your 5-document FnF recovery pack. We do not sell, rent, or distribute your personal data or uploaded files to any third parties.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your credit card, net banking, or UPI details on our servers.
We retain your cases and documents for a reasonable period to allow you to download them from the tracker portal. You can request complete deletion of your case data at any time by emailing us.
