This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to the services purchased through the Hisaab platform, operated by ARYAN SHAILENDRA PANCHAL.
Hisaab provides automated digital document generation tools. Since the recovery pack documents are generated and made available for download immediately upon payment completion, we do not support refunds, returns, or cancellations once the checkout payment has been captured.
In the event that you are charged twice for a single case due to an error, or if your card is charged but the document generation fails to unlock, please contact us immediately at aryanupanchal1647@gmail.com. Upon verification, any duplicate or failed transaction amounts will be refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 working days.
